DigiFortex is a Cyber Security company focused on enhancing Security, Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and Privacy postures for enterprises. Our flagship offerings are GRC, Advanced Penetration Testing(VA/PT), Cloud Security (CNAPP), Next-Gen Security Operation Center(SOC), MSSP, v-CISO and products for advanced Security Assessments. We are seasoned and certified v-CISO, GRC, Privacy and Security experts. We come as early members of McAfee and from Big 4 Consulting firms, top Indian and Israeli Security startups.

Vijay Kumar

Founder & CEO

Besides an avid marathoner, Vijay is an inventor with 16 US patents across Security and beyond. Vijay began his career at Asia’s first SOC at Bangalore Labs (now 3D Networks). Later, Vijay was early member at McAfee. At McAfee, Vijay was instrumental in starting the flagship DLP (Data Leakage Prevention) Cyber Security team post an Israeli acquisition. Earlier, Vijay started Cryptography team post a Canadian acquisition. Vijay has been a Speaker and Moderator at Convergence India (a Ministry of Commerce – Government of India event), Dubai FinTech, Amsterdam FinTech, IIM Lucknow, IIM Udaipur, ISB Hyderabad, PMI, Tata Tele, Sony, Aditya Birla, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore Universities. Vijay is an alumnus of NIT Warangal, IIIT-Bangalore and ISB Hyderabad. He is certified on Cloud Security, Blockchain, Data Privacy, ISO27001, AI/ML, Networks and Firewall/VPN.

Bringing around 25 years of leadership across product engineering, platform security, cloud infrastructure, and service delivery, Kamal oversees the development of resilient cybersecurity platforms designed for enterprise scale. He has played key roles in shaping the security technologies of globally respected companies including McAfee, FireEye, SentinelOne, and Attivo Networks. Being early member, he has seen McAfee India and Attivo Networks from inception to acquisition. His deep domain expertise—spanning endpoint and network security, malware analysis, cloud and identity protection, and advanced deception technologies—positions him as a strategic leader driving innovation, operational excellence, and security-by-design.
